The two parties reached a core cooperation consensus on the full-process delivery of cross-border steel structure projects in multiple regions around the world, marking a milestone breakthrough for Hanxing Steel Structure in the high-end overseas industrial construction market compliant with international standards.

ASTM Group Co., Ltd., the partner in this cooperation, is a multinational enterprise deeply engaged in global industrial construction, steel structure engineering and the implementation of international construction standards. Its business covers more than 20 countries and regions in Europe, America, the Middle East and beyond, with rich experience in the development and operation of high-end industrial plants, warehousing and logistics parks, and large-scale venue steel structure projects. Previously, when advancing multiple prefabricated steel structure projects in Europe and the Middle East, ASTM Group had long faced core pain points including insufficient customization capabilities of local suppliers, uncontrollable delivery cycles, imperfect full-chain service systems, and higher-than-expected comprehensive construction costs. Therefore, it launched a global search for a strategic steel structure partner with full-process delivery capabilities and strict compliance with international construction standards.

At the negotiation meeting, the Hanxing team gave a detailed presentation and scheme breakdown targeting ASTM Group’s core demands, covering full-chain services including customized design of prefabricated steel structure buildings, structural mechanics optimization, cross-border logistics and customs clearance, overseas on-site installation guidance, and full-cycle after-sales support. In line with the construction regulations and environmental requirements of the project host countries, the team also optimized a targeted green and low-carbon steel structure solution, perfectly resolving the client’s long-standing core pain points.

The representative of ASTM Group stated during the negotiation that the professionalism of the Hanxing team, its one-stop full-process service capability, and in-depth understanding and implementation capability of international construction standards far exceeded expectations. The first batch of cooperative projects reached by the two parties has a total construction area of over 12,000 square meters, covering 3 high-standard prefabricated industrial workshops. Hanxing will provide full-cycle EPC turnkey services for the project, from design, production, transportation to installation guidance. It is estimated that the project delivery cycle will be shortened by more than 30%, with comprehensive costs reduced by 20%, compared with local suppliers in the project location.

Up to now, the two parties have finalized the core contract terms, and the project is about to enter the production and stocking stage. This cooperation has not only further consolidated Hanxing Steel Structure’s brand influence in the global high-end market, but also provided a replicable full-chain service model compliant with international standards for Chinese steel structure manufacturers entering overseas markets.
